VICTOR YAKUBU, ESOSA Join Goal Race


Bright Ejike of Heartland, Victor Yakubu from Wikki and Nasarawa United's Esosa Igbinoba are leading the race for the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) top scorers’ award.
They all have scored three goals each after five rounds of matches.Bright Ejike was in front with
three goals before the Week 5 matches, but a strike from Victor Yakubu and a brace from Esosa Igbinoba have also taken them to three goals each.
The all-time Nigeria League top scorer Mfon Udoh has joined the race as he has now scored two goals.
