Super Eagles forward Victor Moses rejected Jose Mourinho's call to return to Chelsea last January a UK source has revealed.
After the exit of Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the Chelsea manager made an attempt to scrap
Victor Moses’ Stoke City loan deal and recall him in January so as to strengthen his title-chasing squad.
But according to the report, Moses feared that he will see his chance at first team football limited and rejected the call by Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho eventually signed Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina for £23.3 million on deadline day.
Moses, a £9 million signing from Wigan in August 2012, will be looking to make his loan move to Stoke permanent in the summer after impressing manager Mark Hughes.
