NFF commiserates with Yobe FA chairman


The Nigeria Football Federation has commiserated with the Chairman of Yobe State Football Association, Alhaji Mohammed Garba, who lost his wife on Tuesday night.
Hajiya Fatima Garba died on Tuesday and her remains were committed to mother earth on
Wednesday morning.
NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, said the NFF and the entire Nigeria football family shared the grief and sense of loss of Mohammed Garba.
“It is heartbreaking news, but God knows best. All we can do is share in the sorrow and pain of Alhaji Garba at this moment.”
Chairman of State FA Chairmen, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau relayed the sad news and disclosed that the late Hajiya Garba is survived by six children.
Alhaji Mohammed Garba was last month re-elected as Chairman of Yobe State Football Association.
