MILESTONE: Rabiu Ibrahim and Team mate Madu close in on Slovakia double

Nigeria’s Rabiu Ibrahim and Kingsley Madu are close to winning an historic league and cup double in Slovakia with FK AS Trencin.

Trencin, who are leading the league table in Slovakia with 56 points from 26 games, qualified for the Slovakia cup final on Tuesday following a 1-0 win over Dukla to go through
on a 3-0 aggregate.
Trencin, founded in 1992, will play Senica in the cup final. The team, who gave Moses Simon his first break in Europe, were runners-up in the league last year.
