Emmanuel Emenike is in the news again for the wrong reasons, after he clashed with a teammate during a recent team meeting.
Emenike confronted Fenerbahce goalkeeper Volkan Demirel as he thought he had
been singled out for criticism by the goalkeeper.
Volkan Demirel according to a report by Fanatik, was cautioning the whole team not to relax in their pursuit for the Super Lig with just six games remaining.
Emenike however felt insulted by Volkan Demirel's comments and confronted him.
The pair had to be pulled apart by other teammates as they exchanged hot words.
It
however seems Volkan Demirel's words had positive impacts on Emenike as
the striker scored his first goal in 10 matches in Tuesday, April 28
Fenerbahce 2-1 win over Bursaspor.
