Burkinabe official Jean Ouattara will be at the centre when Nigeria’s U-23 Eagles otherwise known as Dream Team, host Gabon’s U-23 team in an 11th All-Africa Games qualifier in Abuja on Saturday.
Ouattara, 30, who became an international only this year, will be assisted by compatriots
Seydou Tiama (1st Assistant), Phillipo Max Toe (2nd Assistant) and Sanago Boureima (4th Official).
The Match Commissioner is Bruno Didavi, from Republic of Benin. All five officials are expected in Abuja on Friday.
Thenff.com reports that Nigeria, winners of the gold medal of the Men’s Football Tournament of the 2nd All-Africa Games that the country hosted in 1973, blasted the Gabonese 4-1 in Libreville in the first leg penultimate weekend and are favourites to go through to the final round of the qualifiers, where Zambia’s U-23 team awaits.
