Glo Premier League campaigners Nasarawa United have completed the signing of former Kogi United attacker Aminu Abdulkadir, supersport.com can report.
supersport.com was informed after the deal was sealed on Tuesday in Lafia that the striker has pencilled down a one-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Head coach of Nasarawa United, Mohammed Baba Ganaru revealed to supersport.com that he
was satisfied with Abdulkadir's performance in training which influenced the decision of his signing.
Ganaru also disclosed that Abdulkadir would help his side this year when the new season in the Glo Premier League kicks off.
“We have just signed Abdulkadir Aminu from Kogi United after watching him train for three weeks, and I'm satisfied with his talent.
“Aminu Abdulkadir will add value to my attack come next season, and that was the reason I picked him up,” the erstwhile Kano Pillars gaffer said to supersport.com on Tuesday.
Abdulkadir started his football career at Kwara Football Academy (KFA) in 2007 before joining ABS (then Bukola Babes) in 2008.
He played an influential role in helping the Saraki Boys win promotion to the Premier League four seasons ago as skipper before joining Kogi United two seasons ago.
