The Confedration of African Football (Caf) will sign a cooperation agreement with the Qatari Football Association (QFA) on Wednesday.
Caf announced on Sunday that the signing ceremony will take place at the
CAF headquarter in Cairo, Egypt.
“It will regulate the two organizations’ collaboration and cooperation, whose focus will include exchanges of experiences and capacity building of their respective affiliates in areas as varied as: sports medicine, refereeing, administration, development, training, management, infrastructure, women’s football and futsal,” a Caf statement read.
Caf already enjoys a prolonged relationship with Fifa, Uefa CONCACAF and the English Football Association.
