The Enugu-based club after an emergency board meeting have finally decided to kick-out their restless coach after several weeks of controversy that rumours his sacking. Only days after Rangers general
manager passed a vote of confidence on coach Kelechi Emeteole, the Enugu club have fired the widely traveled tactician.

Rangers boss Paul Chibuzor earlier this week said the club had no plans to sack Emeteole, but in a quick about-turn the club have now ordered the coach “to step aside” with effect from Wednesday, 27 May, 2015.
Emeteole’s assistant, Imama Amapakabo, has been directed to take full charge of the team till further notice.
