Super Falcon's Asisat Oshoala scores for Liverpool, as Iniabasi Umotong bags ahatrick


Super Falcons Asisat Oshoala and Iniabasi Umotong on Sunday celebrated with their clubs as they recorded victories.
Oshoala scored the opener and got an assist in her team Liverpool Ladies FC 2-1 win over the Manchester City Ladies .
Umotong came off the bench and scored a hat trick with an assist as
her team Portsmouth beat Gillingham Ladies FC 4-1.
A delighted Iniabasi told Super Falcons Media Officer Gracious Akujobi from her base after the game that she was disappointed starting from the bench but happy it all went well in the end .
"I was a little disappointed when I was told I was starting on the bench, but the coach said he wanted to rest me. At half time we losing 1-0 and so I came on a couple minutes into the second half.But it felt so good to be able to see the team to win,it was a great feeling felt and shared with the whole team" she stated .

Falcons who are preparing for their Olympics qualifier against Mali and the World Cup in Canada, will fancy their chance of going beyond the group stage with the form of their strikers .
